Hello! Boy was I in the right place at the right time!! I was jumping from porch to porch and then down the sidewalk to four lanes of rush hour traffic. A very observant Lucky Cat volunteer noticed me. I came to her and patiently waited for her to get the carrier out of her trunk and get me food. I walked right in and she says I'm super sweet! I was so exhausted but safe with a full belly and so thankful!!

Hello my viewing public. I am a wonderful boy who loves to play. I like to eat too. I am a very busy fellow and I need lots of toys and exercise. I was found in a field cause my foster mommy got lost one day going to a new store. Yep she did and you know what, she never found the store she brought me home cause I said I was hungry. I just went to the vets and I didn't like it one bit. You know they are nice people one lady even made me a special toy, but they lock you up there when you spend the night. That is not fun. Hey do you have a nice soft nubby blanket?? I like to suck on them while I got to sleep. Hi all: My name is Andy and I love this house living, me and my sisters were living somewhere, I don't know where, we were babies and our kitty mom died, please don't tell anybody I know that they didn't want us to be upset so they kept it hush hush. A nice lady put us in a cage but she was very old and couldn't touch us much. She did talk to us and stuff but now two of my sisters are just afraid to let anyone touch them. Anyway another lady took us but she moved and then Mr. David heard about us and now all four of us are here in Lucky Cat foster care. I am looking for a wonderful home with a family who will pet me all the time, I really like it and you must have toys I like them to. As you can see I am a very pretty boy. I have not been around children so I don't know if I like them or not, sorry bout that. I know Mr. David says I like to make my own commotion. Now I do get lonely and I do well with the other cats in foster care so I'm thinking if you don't have another kitty could you maybe take one of my sisters too? You don't have to worry about petting them cause I want ALL the petting I can get, if you did though then I would have a playmate while you're gone.

Hi: My name is Maxine but everybody calls me Max. I think it's cause they thought I was a boy. Me and Andy are siblings and I am beautiful, a bit shy and love to play. I like to be petted but please wait for me to come to you for awhile, I know people are wonderful but it takes me a bit to get used to things. You see, well we lost our mom when we were very young and a nice old lady put us in a crate in a garage. Then she left us and another lady took us then she left and we wound up in foster care with Lucky Cat Rescue.
Yea, because here Andy and I found out how nice it is to be indoor kitties and that people are great. I am very gentle and I think I like a calm house, I don't know about kids but I like other cats. I also know if you are a kind person I want YOU for my family. We, Andy and me, have two sisters who are still learning to love people and I was wondering if you could love me do you have room in your heart to take one of them also? I will be lonely when you're at work and one of them could keep me company. You don't have to but I thought I'd ask. Do you have a soft blanket cause I like to sleep on them with you. If not don't worry my foster mom says I can take one with me when I go to my forever home.

We were rescued on Veterans Day, 2011, sister and brother. Our first two pictures were taken the day we were rescued. We were in awe over all the activity going on. The only contact we had with people was a nice lady would put food and water on her front porch for us. She called Lucky Cat Rescue to ask if they could help. After all, we're just babies. We were scared but the humans were kind to us and gave us a safe place to be, a warm home, food and out of harm's way. Never having had this much interaction with people we were scared, but they were making us feel good, warm, loved and fed. We had not known this type of comfort before.
When Lucky Cat volunteers rescued me (Liberty) I was in hiding in a mulching mower under someone's deck. My pelvis had been fractured and I had to drag my back legs. I was put into foster care where I healed with TLC. We both like to run and play. When we were born on the street, we never expected to have a life like this.
Now we look forward to finding our Forever homes. Might you be the one?
Oh, by the way, the third photo was just taken last week (1/8/12), you can see how comfortable we have become in a home environment.

Pete - 15 weeks old - I am a super sweet kitty who loves to play with toys and other cats and my brother Paulie. I am affectionate and will lay with you on the couch and cuddle as long as you pet me. I love my wet food.
Porkchop Paulie: 15 weeks - I love my wet food and love to play. Am super sweet but a little shy at first. I love to play with my toys and love other cats and my brother Pete.

We were on the street and sick, we had an Upper Respiratory Infection which got into our eyes. Because of this, we (Muffy and Stormy) lost our vision in one eye.
We still love and enjoy affection. We play, run and jump. We need to find our loving forever homes.
Our eyes are a bit watery as light bothers the one that we can't see out of.
We are happy healthy and ready for a loving home with people who will overlook our visual imperfections. We do, however, make up for it with our love and appreciation of those that care for us.

We were living in an abandoned house with mommy. A nice neighbor was feeding us, helping us to survive. Then the neighbor learned the house was going to be torn down and contacted Lucky Cat Rescue.
They came in with traps and food that we could not resist. All six of us along with mommy (one of us has already found a home) were trapped. Mommy was taken to the vet, vaccinated and spayed, she then went back to the neighbor.
The five of us are now looking for our forever homes (we can be separated). Might you have that special loving home that will provide us with love and security for life?

I was left behind when my family moved out, they took the dogs and other cats, leaving me behind in an empty house. Talk about home alone, I was scared to death.
Lucky for me, a neighbor realized I was in the house all alone and rescued me, taking me to Lucky Cat Rescue. I was still very scared as well as hungry. The nice people petted me and worked to comfort me. I eventually began to feel like I was safe with a belly of food.
I've been called sweet and feisty. I love to play and love. I need a forever home where I will not be abandoned. I won't abandon you, please don't do that to me?
